Founded over ten years ago, SXS are proud to have a high level of repeat business with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from event venues, marketting agencies, pharmaceutical companies, public sector and private clients.
Our full-time team are all passionate about events and work tirelessly to deliver impressive events on time and to budget.
Our team are all committed to transparency, honesty, and accountability at every stage of a project.
For every technical discipline we work in we have a dedicated full time staff member who is an expert in that field, keeps up with the latest trends and, most importantly, shares this with the rest of the team.
We are fully internally-resourced, which means we own all the equipment we use, most key site staff are full-time employees and we manage transport and repairs in house. By having all these resources at our finger-tips we can deliver solutions to a high standard, swiftly and effectively.
Our History
SXS was founded in 1998 in a garage as a small sound and lighting provider. In the early days the business provided equipment as well as DJs and technicians to society parties, weddings and presentations. Over the years our team has focussed on quality of equipment, experience of our staff and creativity in design.
Whilst the roots of the business were based upon technical production, SXS is now one of the UK's most creative Event Design and Production teams. The business has in-house resources covering audio/visual, concert sound, large format video projection, water screens, drapery, lighting, power distribution, video production, custom set build and marquees etc.
In its 10-year history the company has produced over 3000 events, and built enviable project management systems to allow the team to provide high-quality and reliable production solutions to clients ranging from blue-chip companies, to acadmeic and government institutions, to people organing their special day.
SXS is based in a large warehouse which is wholly owned on a freehold basis by the company director. This has meant that the team have made considerable investments into the property to ensure efficient management of projects and safe storage of equipment. The office proemises also offers excellent client meeting spaces, equipment demo, and manufacture facilities.
The company has recently also developed in-house video production and graphics facilities to further extend the "one-stop" production solution that is offered to clients.
