Special Projects Design and Build Water Projection Screen
Always keen to take on exciting new ideas for clients, our special projects team have designed and built a water video screen.
Using extremely powerful pumping and pipework equipment (usually only used by large fire brigades) the system can create enormous water walls for projecting video onto. "The screen is one of the most exciting projects I have managed in my time in this role" says Head of Special Projects Johnny Palmer. "With the help and input of all the SXS team and two consultanting engineers we have developed an impressive system that allows us to offer an exciting and unique projection option to clients."
In relation to water usage: "We need to be next to a large body of water, the system drinks 1600 litres a minute, so a lake is best!". At night, video projected on the screen has a holographic appearance."
