Armani
SXS were approached to provide a complete production solution for the internationally acclaimed fashion brand Armani.
The SXS team's experience of producing shows for both couture and ready to wear brands meant that the creative and brand objectives were understood from the outset.
The venue chosen was a dis-used shop unit in an exclusive shopping centre. "The space has large open feel, which made it great for the show. However it was a little scruffy in places." Says project manager Johnny Palmer. "Our team did a complete re-dress of the shop unit including filling, painting, carpeting and cleaning before we began with the production installation." A minimal black look was chosen, featuring black carpet with a gloss-black catwalk runway.
The SXS team also provided an elaborate flown truss rig, colour-temperature corrected lighting, and large-format video projection. The show was booked with a lead time of three days.
