Founded fifteen years ago, SXS are proud to have a high level of repeat business with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from event venues, marketing agencies, pharmaceutical companies, public sector and private clients.

Our full-time team are all passionate about events and work tirelessly to deliver impressive productions on time and to budget.

We are committed to transparency, honesty, and accountability at every stage of a project.

For every technical discipline we work in we have a dedicated full time staff member who is an expert in that field, keeps up with the latest trends, and most importantly shares this knowledge with the rest of the team.

We are fully internally-resourced, which means we own all the equipment we use, most key site staff are full-time employees and we manage transport and repairs in-house. By having all these resources at our fingertips we can deliver solutions to a high standard swiftly and effectively.

Our History

SXS was founded in 1998 in a garage as a small sound and lighting provider. In the early days the business provided equipment as well as DJs and technicians to society parties, weddings and presentations.

Whilst the roots of the business were based upon technical production, SXS is now one of the UK's most creative Event Design and Production teams. The business has in-house resources covering audio/visual, concert sound, large format video projection, water screens, drapery, lighting, power distribution, video production, custom set build, and more. Over the years our team has focused on quality of equipment, experience of staff and creativity in design.

In its 15-year history the company has produced over 5000 events, and built enviable project management systems. This has allowed the team to provide high-quality and reliable production solutions to clients ranging from blue-chip companies, to academic and government institutions, to people organising their personal special day.

SXS is based in a large warehouse which is wholly owned on a freehold basis by the company director. This has meant that the team have made considerable time investments into the property to ensure efficient management of projects and safe storage of equipment. The office premises also offers excellent client meeting spaces, equipment demo, and manufacture facilities.

The company is now a multi-million-pound operation providing event, production and related services to projects throughout the world with the majority of activity happening in Central London.

SXS is registered in the UK as "SXS Event Production Services Ltd" under UK company registration 06953561. VAT registered as 982723295.
